Ben & Sam's Vienna Bakery is newly opened, located on the northeast side of Portland. We are a small, family-run bakery that creates pastries, desserts, and bread products daily.

We're a very small team that takes pride in our work so quality is high. We need someone who has a similar attitude.

Our pastry shift is early morning, where you make cakes, tarts, French and Austrian pastries, and other desserts. You'll work mainly alone or with one other person.

Experience with handling dough, mixing, forming, and baking is required, and being able to self-manage and having a high attention to detail is an absolute must!

Compensation based on experience.
Part-time for now, but will soon be full-time.

REQUIRED
Min. 1-2 years recent baking experience.
Min. 3-5 years recent kitchen experience.
Can stand on feet for 8 hours.
Can lift 50+ lbs.
Has food handlers card.

We're a very small team that takes pride in our work, so our quality is high. We need someone who has a similar attitude.

We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality customer service, and can multitask well with a friendly demeanor.

This position is in the front of the house, so in addition to making different coffee drinks in a timely manner, job duties include preparing sandwiches and basic food prep for the following days and keeping the bakery and storefront clean. Cash handling experience is a must!

Compensation based on experience.

Min. 2-3 years recent barista experience.
Can stand on feet for 8 hours.
Has food handlers card.
