Trying to learn some sourdough recipes...the house smells delicious & it's toasty warm.

I was asked to make an "Orange Slice Cake" recently for a customers elderly mother.

I have to admit I was skeptical because I had never heard of anything like it but I told her I'd give it a try....I am told she LOVED it!! And will be ordering another soon. ☺️
