Sadly, we say farewell to our baker Kurt Sebek. We stayed super good friends after the bakery closed. I'm very thankful for my entire time with him. He was an amazing person and baker. He came from Austria with 2 colleagues to help and design Swiss Colony bakery in Monroe, WI. We were lucky to have him as a baker. I continued to help him as his health declined. During this time his sight deteriorated but he usually had an upbeat attitude (except when he was a Kermudgen 😁). Love you Kurt!!❤️❤️ My life is richer for knowing you!🥰
