The Skinny Chunky Monkey deserves a little love🥰
She’s gluten-sensitive, sugar-free AND vegan — made with oats, real bananas + sugar-free chocolate chips

Soft, chunky, chocolatey and basically the cookie for when you want a treat that checks a whole lot of boxes.

And despite the name… there’s nothing sad or “diet cookie” about her. 😂

Seven years ago today, I was just a baby holding the cash from my very first cake sale, with no idea what I was starting.

One cake. One customer. $40 in my hands.
I never could’ve imagined it would grow into a real business— a storefront, employees, thousands of customers, wholesale accounts, and a career that has challenged, exhausted, humbled, and deeply fulfilled me.

I’m endlessly grateful to this community, as well. Every order, kind word, and bit of support made this possible—I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

Sometimes you have to look back to realize just how far you’ve come… Happy 7 years to the girl who sold her first cake and thought, well… maybe I can actually do this.🫶🏻💪🏼🤷🏼‍♀️

A pretty special full-circle moment💙

Yesterday we got to cheer on our own as Jaiyden was pinned and graduated from nursing school. We’ve watched her balance work, school, and life, and we couldn’t be prouder.
