Hey guys, I really appreciate everyone who has been on my page so far. I have been sick but am trying to get back into things. I am attempting content creation. I'm now lactose free and gluten free so I am asking for participation in my endeavor. Give me your favorite meal description and I will attempt it. Not everyone was gluten free, lactose free, or sugar free all of their lives and I want to see if I can make your favorite meals the way you need them to be... Even keto if that's what you need. I love a challenge! I will post a video of me making it! Start.... Now!
