Welcome to a bunch of new staff who will get us through a busy summer!
During the training process of course there will be imperfections.
Please make sure that if you ever have something we didn't do perfectly, bring it right back and get a new one.
We know things cost too much to throw them away ~ and I don't want to ever miss a training opportunity.

Also welcome to the menu Matcha Cheesecake, and Matcha drinks.

Since i don't like matcha, it has taken thig long to start making it.

Beth and Sam, at least really like matcha so they are taking the lead on matcha items like the Cheesecake Beth made at her first opportunity.

And i admit to liking it more than i used to.

In other news ..

These two plants came up missing last week the day after my gardener was here gardening.
I assumed he traded them out, which he does and I wondered why he would take lilies that were about to bloom spectacularly. Or a rose that was going crazy already.
Now I know that someone helped themselves to our free nursery service.
Just to put it out there, it's not really a free nursery service but I'd love to know that those pot plants are in a loving home, so maybe send pictures.

So
Trimmings from turtles, frogs, peanut butter cups, and now Dubai bars have to go be productive someplace.
Thus, Caramel Crunch Ice Cream comes about.
Nuts and chocolate bits. Swirled into... caramel ice cream.

Will do the same in chocolate next.
Who remembers Chocolate Chunk ice cream from a million years ago?
That's what that was.
I told people it was whatever we swept up off the floor that day

Getting chocolate done in the wee hours for temperature reasons.
It's June and the chocolate case is full.
Contrast from the last two years and a testament to how great the current staff is.

Fresh from Colello's Farm Stand Produce , intensely wonder is strawberries featured in tarts, topping cheesecakes and especially strawberry shortcake.
