A Berry Special Baby Girl Is Coming!

Huge and heavy white cake 13x9 - 2 layers, mascarpone-cream cheese cream with fresh raspberries between the layers, decorated with organic berries and roses from my garden.
Fondant letter on stick’s handmade - humid and moisture of the cake were playing games with me this morning.

I asked for better pics of the cake. It’s too wet after the rain (finally!) and cake is heavy, so I didn’t take any outdoor pics as I always love to take because of the natural light.

Last week I mixed soften butter with brown sugar and cinnamon for filling. Never again. I will always use slightly melted butter. Incomparable. So if you didn’t like rolls that much last week, I’m sorry.
