Here are the Tamale and holiday order lists as promised. Will be making tamales through the end of the year. Thanksgiving orders due Sunday the 20th with delivery Wednesday the 23rd. Christmas orders due Sunday Dec 18th with December 23rd. Dessert trays require 15% dept. and 48 hrs notice. Looking forward to hearing from everyone

♥️♥️Running a business is really hard. What they don’t tell you is that it can cause severe stress, anxiety and drains you mentally even the most laid back people.

People will talk about you, backstab you, family & friends become distant, compare you to others, use you, some will view you as a service and not a person anymore. People only talk about the bad but never the good one does. You constantly have to worry about if you forget to email/message someone back, are they going to think it was on purpose? Did you disappoint them? Will they hold that against you? When in reality, you just can’t get to everyone’s messages and emails or are too drained to even try.

Starting up and running a successful business puts incredible strain on personal lives and relationships, many of which fail because there just is no work-life balance when starting a new business. You need to be the director, the worker, the admin, the marketing team, the accountant, the cleaner..... All while still being a parent, a husband or a wife, family support, friend...
There’s a reason you don’t see many people succeed in small businesses after 5-10 years. It takes a toll. It’s freaking exhausting. Especially this past year. Here’s a small reminder that we are just normal people with hectic lives. Be kind, be patient….. and hopefully, more of us will stick around!

Please remember to support local businesses especially right now. We are all in this together.

Here is this year's menu as promised.
Unfortunately, due to the rising cost of beef, I won't have beef tamales available this year. I will take orders starting today. I will begin making them over the next few weeks. First batches will be ready by Thanksgiving. Second batches by Christmas. I only need 72 hrs. for salsa orders. Thank you for your continued support. Looking forward to hearing from new and past customers alike
