Grrrrr...over mixed my chocolate chip for my work and probably the white chocolate macadamia for my son for his work this morning to take to work tomorrow and I know they are gonna be hard because I had to bake longer as they stayed doughy. Well either they eat them or I toss them. They were all.just a treat. So disappointed but not doing them over. Eat them or toss them. I have tossed them before and the guys yelled at me at work for doing so lol. This is what happens when I over mix they dont spread. That's what happens when I walk away to do something and forget the mixer was going

Monthly orders this month include: cowgirl birthday, lobster bake, apple of our eye baby shower, o'fishally one birthday and western wedding. 30 dozen cutouts, 4 10" wedding cakes and 4 half sheet wedding cakes (what did I get myself into with those! Haha a best friend that's how) very busy month. October is already getting busy so if you want Halloween or any other cookies get the orders in now! And remember to place orders EARLY! Taking orders now for Thanksgiving and Christmas!!

I have just filled the month of August and September and waiting on the response for the last September order. I am taking orders for October, November and December. Please schedule in advance or have me pencil you in if you dont know the amounts you need. I have been filling very quickly. Between August and September I will be having more than 50 dozen cutouts at this time which may be more, not including cupcakes and cake pops, so i will be very busy the next 2 months. I apologize for not being able to fulful any others at this time. If by chance i get ahead of schedule I will post or feel free to contact me. I am booking for the upcoming holidays right now.
