Yesterday’s bake was so good!! 🤩

I finally got to use the Central Milling ABC flour from Azure Standard as the base for my loaves and I love it!!

Orange Poppy Seed scones are a huge favorite at the moment. They’re topped with a simple vanilla glaze with orange zest—it’s incredible! 🍊

This little business has been one of the most challenging, but rewarding things I’ve ever done. It has taught me that if you can keep showing up—happy, sad, or even when personal life gets hard—you truly love what you do, and that’s all I ever wanted when I started.

February Recap 💗

We hard launched our new Classic Spelt loaves, had Valentine’s Day specials all month long, and celebrated another sold-out night market!

This month meant so much for my little business. Nourish finally surpassed what I used to make at my previous remote job.

That was my only financial goal when I started this bakery dream of mine—to contribute to our family while staying at home with my baby and building something meaningful.

Thank you for allowing me to do that! I’m so incredibly grateful for every order placed, every loaf and pastry shared, and kind messages.

10 months in and I’m so excited to see what’s yet to come! 🤍
