A sweet customer reached out in a panic Friday needing a little anniversary dessert for friends coming to visit after finding out it was their anniversary 💕

So… I whipped up this little 4” two-layer chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and raspberry filling just for the two of them 🍫❤️

Nothing fancy — just simple, sweet, and made with love. A little sugar sparkle, some pearls, and a whole lotta chocolate 😍

Sometimes the smallest cakes have the sweetest meaning 🫶

And this one meant so much to me.

This beautiful 3-tier cookies & cream cake was made just for the bride… because she’s the only one who’s celiac.
Which means on one of the biggest days of her life, she didn’t have to feel left out, worry, or go without.

I’m the heart behind Gluten-Free for You & Me – Sweet Treats & More. I was diagnosed with celiac disease 7 years ago, and what started as a personal journey quickly turned into a passion for creating safe, delicious desserts for others just like me.

I’m a wife, a mom, and a proud Gigi to 8 amazing grandsons 🥹💙 — and let me tell you, there is nothing more special than being able to make treats that everyone can enjoy without worry.
