This beauty went out today to celebrate a very special 11th birthday! 🥳💕

Two layers of vanilla cake with fresh chopped strawberries between the layers, covered in creamy vanilla buttercream and topped with fresh strawberries. 🍓🤍

Simple, fresh, pretty…and I’m pretty sure strawberries + vanilla will ALWAYS be a winning combination. 😍

This two-layer chocolate cake went out for a first-time customer who wanted a crypto-themed birthday cake — and I had WAY too much fun with this one! Black, gold, Bitcoin and hundred-dollar bills… apparently we’re diversifying the portfolio over here at Gluten Free For You & Me. 🤣🎂

This sweet little Under the Sea cake was created for a very special 6-year-old birthday girl! 💖

Inside is a vegan vanilla cake layered with a delicious raspberry filling, proving that allergy-friendly treats can be every bit as beautiful and delicious as traditional cakes.

From the playful octopus and stingray to the seashells, coral, and “sandy” ocean floor, every little detail was made to bring an underwater adventure to life. 🌊✨

A thoughtful husband surprised his wife with this gluten-free lemon cake filled with raspberry filling to celebrate her 40th birthday while they were vacationing here in Southwest Florida.

They even drove an hour from their vacation home to pick it up, and I was so honored to be a small part of such a special celebration. ❤️

When your family owns a land clearing and grading business, there’s really only one theme that makes sense for a little boy who LOVES trucks! 🚜🚛

I had the honor of making this construction cake for our 8th grandson, Mack, who just turned ONE! 🥳

Here’s a fun fact… my husband and I have 3 amazing sons, and between the three of them we’ve been blessed with 8 grandchildren… every single one of them is a BOY! 💙😂 I guess blue is just our color! We wouldn’t have it any other way!

To make this birthday even more meaningful, Mack got to have his birthday pictures beside our family’s “Mack” dump truck. How perfect is that?! ❤️

Happy 1st Birthday to our sweet little dirt-loving buddy! Gigi loves you to the moon and back.

And yes… this cake was made completely gluten-free in my dedicated gluten-free kitchen because everyone deserves a cake that’s as special as they are. 🥰
