Okay, so… things are going to look a little different around here 👀
First things first: 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. Promise. 😂
But I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want this next chapter to look like for me.
Honey Bee grew into something I genuinely never expected, and I’m incredibly proud of what I built. But as the business grew, more and more of my time was focused purely on production.
I had so many recipes I wanted to work on and so many things I wanted to try, but I could never get to them.
When I decided I wasn’t going back to weekly Fridays, I knew I wanted to get back to the parts of baking that made me fall in love with it in the first place.
And that’s where 𝗞𝗮𝗶𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 comes in. ✨
You can still expect a whole lot of baking around here, just with more room for the things I want to make and share. Sometimes that might be a recipe I’m excited about, and sometimes it might just be a really good picture of something I made.
There are a couple other parts of my baking world you’ll probably start seeing more of too. I’m finally getting 𝗚𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, the commercial kitchen I originally built for other bakers, up and running the way I always intended.
And 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, the local baker community I co-founded a couple years ago, is something I’m really excited to put more energy into growing too.
Basically, I wanted a place that had room for all of it.
I’m really excited to see what that looks like. 💕
