This was a fun one to create! Last year I got to create the chicken cake and cupcakes this year the good ol’ SpongeBob. I think I made every color of the rainbow in buttercream form. The cupcakes were so fun to decorate. I love when an order comes to life. You start with just one color then add a little this and a little that and BAM! It’s there. Either flowers, super hero’s, or SpongeBob! It’s just really cool! I hope your celebration was perfect! ✨

When whimsical meets princessy vibes 🥰 The trendy cake of the summer is this whimsical, overly sprinkled, cutey candles galore and I’m here for it! Loved putting this cake together, loved the simple pink, the bows just all of it!
The joy of having repeat customers is not only that I have clients that trust me, trust my vision, and my bakes. It’s that I get to see these little girls and little boys grow up through the years. Every year is different. They like new things and growing more into themselves and it’s such an honor to be that person that gets to make these cakes for them to remember forever ✨

In addition to the cake it also had cupcakes! And these did not disappoint! I piped different color donuts, added carrots for Judy Hobbs and an accent birthday cupcake! I think these turned out so good and loved making the donuts! All out of buttercream. So smooth, so tasty 🤤

Whatttttt?!?? Two posts in one day?! Who am I? Another one over the weekend is this beauty. 😍 Unicorn cakes have been trending for a few years now and I still enjoy making them. I made the ears and horn out of fondant, so much better than buying whatever’s online, in my opinion. I love this color palette. The teal, the pastel pink and this purple 😍 beautiful! A perfect cake for a little girl! ✨

Over the weekend I got the pleasure of making Crew a cake for his 2nd birthday! 🎉 It was all sorts of cute. I loved the color palette on this cake as well!
I made a custom sprinkle mix to add as an accent around and on top of the cake which is always something I enjoy creating when I do use sprinkles (they don’t just come right out of the container).
I ALSO got to make cakesicles for the first time for a client and I had a BLAST! I made them as “popsicles” for the cake with a ganache so it would have a “melting” look to it and I think it worked perfectly!
I’m definitely going to keep learning and practicing on the cakesicles so if you are wanting to add some extras to your order…well now you know! ☺️ I made extras so I just gave them to my client as I’m still learning but the flavor options are endless and that’s just fun to think about ✨ so stay tuned 🩵

Happy 4th Birthday! When I was asked to make a Zootopia themed cake I was super excited! Not only is it a family fave but there are so many elements to Zootopia the options are endless. My client is a repeat customer and she said the most glorious words a baker loves to hear….”I trust your design completely”! She sent me a few inspo photos and it went from there. I loved the thought of making the cake a town and adding characters but not until the night of decorating the cake spoke to me. I changed my plans and made it into a “dome” cake and made some cake donuts to add for of course the “Little Rodentia” scene.
All this rambling on you can tell I’m obsessed with how this cake turned out. YES! It’s ALL buttercream and the donut is cake 😘

These style of cakes are becoming trendy and super cute!!! You tell me all their favorite things and I incorporate them into a cake…..doodle style 🥰 my clients son loves basketball, baseball, Nike, shoes (high tops and sneakers especially) and also has two German shepherd’s. I also incorporated phrases from baseball and basketball to give it a little more personality. I absolutely LOVED how this came out and I can’t wait to do more 😉

I know I haven’t posted in a while but I could not let this weekend go by without posting this little number. She’s a beauty just like our country. So very thankful that we got to celebrate our nations 250th birthday and also the 1st birthday of a precious little one. This is such a cute theme to do around this holiday 😍 I hope everyone had a great and safe 4th of July 🇺🇸
