After graduating from Syracuse University and working in Public Relations in the music industry for five years, I found myself feeling unfulfilled. I decided to go after my dream of being a Pastry Chef and attended the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. I have since gained experience working in restaurants (NYC's Union Square Cafe), high-end grocery stores (WholeFoods), and boutique cake shop

s (Charlotte, NC's acclaimed Edible Art). Upon having my second child, I began creating custom desserts from my home, and also ran an after-school baking program at an elementary school. People always ask what my specialty is, but I truly get the most joy out of creating new treats for clients - whether it's a celebration cake, favors for a shower, cookie platters, or simply to satisfy a craving! I'd love to help you out with your next order, no matter how large or small!
