This October, Wild Cypress Sourdough Co. is baking for a reason that hits a little closer to home. ❤️

I have a dear friend who fought breast cancer and beat it, and she is now facing another incredibly difficult fight against brain cancer.

And honestly, I truly feel like God placed this on my heart. 🙌🏽❤️ I kept thinking about how I could use something I love—baking—to do something meaningful for someone who means so much to me. I may not be able to fight this battle for her, but I can stand beside her, pray for her, and rally my little community around her.
So this October, that's exactly what I'm going to do. 🎀

Ok so we had a productive morning in Hammond. I got to see Kayla with Juniper Bakery and let me just tell you her $5 iced coffee was the perfect blend of coffee and sweet. The snickerdoodle was a sweet surprise with a CREAMY center and the cinnamon bun is a treat for later 😉
🚗 💨 Then we made it to so see Little Miss Sourdough by Tessa to pick up a Sourdough loaf with walnuts and cranberry and my favorite almond focaccia 😍
