AJKakes AJKakes, Inc. is a home based bakery in Pompano Beach, FL owned and operated by Alex J. Knighton. AJK Knighton, watching his grandmother baking growing up.

AJKakes humble beginnings started from owner and chef, Alex J. Both his grandma Mattie, and grandma Dot, both made old fashion homemade kakes for family gatherings and other events. Besides eating the delicious cakes, Alex was always fascinated with how they were made and created. So when he would go to the local grocery stores with his mother, he would run straight to the bakery to see all of the

different pastries and kakes that were baked and decorated for display and purchasing. With a unknown passion at the time
