Lamintons! Or kinda… Im not sure because Ive never had one but if this is it its sooo good!

This cake recipe is one I changed and reorganized. It worked beautifully!

I used a mini angelfood cake bunt cake pan for them and i think its amazing! The middle can hold a filling if wanted and they look and taste so wonderful with a cream cheese jello whip on top! Yum

Raspberry vanilla macrons! This one is decorated with gold and a drizzel of almond bark.
Each one has a center of Raspberry jelly surrounded by a ring of vanilla raspberry buttercream! Delicious!

I have 15 beautiful macarons ready to be filled (with raspberry vanilla buttercream) and enjoyed today!

I always have sourdough starter! Its officially been maintained for over a year!! Yay me 🎉
