Tomorrow is our first weekly senior gathering at the Poca Valley Senior Community Center, and we are so excited to welcome everyone!

After the wonderful support and turnout at our Grand Opening, we are looking forward to kicking off our weekly Wednesday activities and meals.

Join us Wednesday from Noon–3:00 PM at Valley Cakes & Cafe for an afternoon filled with good food, fellowship, laughter, and fun.

Yesterday was one of those days that reminds me just how blessed I am. ❤️

Our little shop was filled with laughter, friendship, celebrations, and so many wonderful people. We started the day with a beautiful tea party for 25 guests, moved right into a graduation party with around 65 guests, and finished the evening with another special event that my dear friend Jennifer and I had the pleasure of decorating for. By the end of the day, we had served well over 175 people!

A huge thank you to my amazing team, Ashley and Vicky. Your hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes helped make every event run smoothly. I truly couldn’t do it without you both.

I also have to give a special shout-out to my wonderful husband. Just when we needed extra tables, he came to the rescue and then stayed to help clean up after the tea party. Your support means more than you’ll ever know. ❤️

Thank you, Jennifer, for helping create another beautiful event space for our guests to enjoy. It is always a pleasure working alongside you.

We even set up a little area inspired by our Littles & Lattes program so the little ones had a special place to play and enjoy the day too. Seeing families gather and make memories is what it’s all about.

Most importantly, thank you to every person who chose to celebrate with us yesterday. Whether you attended a tea party, graduation celebration, or special event, we are grateful you trusted us to be a part of your memories.

My heart is full. I am surrounded by incredible family, friends, coworkers, and customers, and I never take that for granted.

Thank you all for making yesterday so special. We are truly blessed. ❤️
