Thanks for all the love this week! 🤎🤎🤎 We had a lot of pre-orders, a busy second-to-last Sutter Creek Farmers Market, steady days at the Bake Shop, and sold out of bread at the Plymouth Harvest Market Fest in about 45 mins 😅

Lately in the bakery…

Feeling the changes of the seasons in the dough. Everything is cooler and slowing down and I can really take my time with each step of the process. Every week, I mix, stretch, shape, proof, score, bake, stack. Flour, water, salt, and time all come together in just the right way to make something magical: bread. Truly simple yet so complex. Thank you for bringing it home and enjoying it and coming back again and again. ❤️🥖

🎃She’s making her seasonal debut! Meet our Pumpkin Bread. Soft and sweet, but not too sweet, with a cinnamon sugar crinkle on top. Baked as a full size loaf, sold as a half loaf (still over 1 lb!). Will have a few available later this week then added to preorder menu next week.

Farmer’s market season is winding down… there’s one more Plymouth Farmers Market this Thursday evening - we will not have a booth at this one but our Bake Shop will be open and stocked up with extra sourdough and goodies. Find us in the pop-up Plaza in downtown Plymouth: 9431 Main St, Plymouth, CA 95669. And we’ll be there year-round every Thur-Sat!

And there’s a few more Sutter Creek markets. You can find us there every Saturday morning until Oct 17 (that’s the last one of the season!) with all your favorite sourdough and baked goods plus some farm-fresh produce. The garden is winding down, too, but there’s still some fresh flavors to enjoy!
