I waited until the last minute to write this because somehow putting it into words makes it all feel real.

As I sit here waiting for my daughter’s graduation ceremony to begin, it feels like every chapter of her life is flipping through my mind at once… bedtime stories, camping trips, travel adventures, soccer games, hard seasons, and beautiful moments I wish I could hold onto just a little longer. 🎓🤍

Every chapter, even the hard ones, helped shape her into who she is today. And what a beautiful story it has been. ✨

Congratulations to my spirited, creative, thrift store loving, adventure taking, beautiful Isabel Reese. We love you one million times ten plus infinity times one thousand times one hundred million, around the moon and back. 🌙❤️

If you’re a student at Wayzata High School, chances are you probably know Scott! 👋🏻

Not only is he Homecoming Royalty, Student Council President, and a gymnastics superstar to name a few, but above all else, he’s just a really great person.

The first time my husband and I met him, he came to our house for a Halloween party wearing a giant felt magnet around his neck with little yellow chicks stuck to it. Yep… he was a “chick magnet.” 🧲 🐥 😎He walked in, introduced himself to us, chatted for a minute, and then headed downstairs with the rest of the kids. After he left the room, my husband looked at me and said, “He’s pretty smooth. We should probably keep an eye on that kid.” 😂

Turns out, he was exactly the kind of friend we hoped our daughter would have.

Scott, it has truly been a pleasure getting to know you over the past few years. Wishing you nothing but success and happiness at Georgia Tech this fall! 🎓

It’s graduation week around here, and I’ve had the absolute joy of photographing some truly incredible seniors this year! Maybe I’m a little biased as a proud Class of 2026 mom 🎓✨

Sophia’s session gave us the dreamiest combination of blooming flowers and a golden sunset glow. These seniors make my job way too easy! Wishing her all the best as she heads off to Indiana University next fall!

Meet “My Sydney”…. no, she is not my daughter. But she has been on my daughter‘s soccer team since we moved here in 2021 and I claimed her as my own way back then. I definitely had some tears in my eyes at the end of this session – – watching these girls grow up to be kind and beautiful people is both heart wrenching and amazing at the same time! 💜

I’m sure these kids spend their senior year telling their friends how cool their photographer was. It’s almost not fair ...

Well, I had looked forward to having some downtime during January and February, which turned out to not be calm at all! I cannot believe that we are almost into April already – – so it’s time once again for me to start posting some of my beautiful clients! We’ll see how long this streak lasts! 😉 I really do have the sweetest clients. These two were great parents right from the start!

This was a fast and fun one! My friend needed some updated family photos so we hopped out side of the entrance to our neighborhood in 10° weather and shot this session in nine minutes! The boys even ended up having some fun!
