Stretch & Fold! 🥖✨

I figured it was time to take a little break from the baking and share some fun facts about me and my business! 💕

🎓 I earned my Associate’s Degree in Pastry Arts in 2023, and I’ve been putting that passion to work ever since!

🐾 Sitka’s Corner was inspired by my best friend, Sitka, my sweet Husky mix. He’s a huge part of my life and the inspiration behind the name! 🐺❤️

🌲 I’m Minnesota born and raised, just west of the cities! Minnesota will always be home. 💙

🍓 And last but definitely not least… my favorite dessert is chocolate-covered strawberries! 🍫🍓

✨ HUGE UPDATE FROM SITKA’S CORNER! 🧁🍪🥖💕

I’ve been busy in the kitchen whipping up some yummy baked goodies and testing out a couple of new recipes! 👩‍🍳✨

Right now, my family & friends are officially the taste-testers (someone has to do the hard work, right? 😉😂), and I’m having so much fun experimenting, baking, and perfecting everything before sharing it with all of you!
