When the idea for The Biscuit Lady first came to me, I was sitting on a beach in Ocean City, New Jersey. I remember dreaming about one day seeing lines wrapped around our buildings, but I never imagined it would happen this quickly.

What we’ve built is a testament to our incredible team members, who pour their hearts into this every single day, and to our loyal customers who continue to show up, support us, and spread the word.
