Every time I bake this loaf, I’m thinking of our trips up to the Catskills—the early morning fog, the quiet hikes, and that cold mountain air. I wanted to capture that feeling in a bread. It’s a simple, rustic yeast boule made with a blend of whole wheat, a handful of oats soaked for softness, and just enough pure Catskill maple syrup to give it a subtle sweetness. It’s hearty, unpretentious, and best enjoyed the way we like it: sliced thick, heavily buttered, and paired with a hot cup of coffee.

Excited to announce we will be set up at .family.farms on 286 in Plum this Saturday May 23rd from 10-2. Come out and grab some fresh produce, some fresh baked goods, and a refreshing drink from our friends It'll be an opening day to remember!
