We would like to thank all our customers that have supported us during this adventure. As some of you may know, this was a project started by my husband Daren who passed away last year. While I have been working to carry out his business, I’m ready to take some time to enjoy a few days off and spend more time with my grandchildren.

Pop’s Bakery will be closing permanently on Sunday April 24th. At this time, we would like to introduce Sarah Brenner as the new owner! Sarah will be taking the next step in expanding her family’s Lake View Organic Farm products as well as a sweet little farm-to-table fast casual restaurant/deli.

We will miss seeing you, and we wish you all and Sarah a great future!

Due to death of owner, Pop's Bakery located in Plum City WI will be for sale by owner. The bakery will remain open and continue to serve our customers with our current hours. If you are interested in any information please feel free to message us, and please help spread the word.

Thank you to everyone who has been supporting us!

Back by VERY popular demand we will continue to make the mini strawberry-rhubarb pies!! We will also continue to make the turnovers as they were a HUGE hit and sold out both days!

Well our rhubarb items have been a HUGE hit! Thank you everyone for your support! We have decided to keep making the rhubarb cookies, rhubarb walnut muffins, and rhubarb scones. However we have decided to stop making the strawberry rhubarb mini pies and replace them with turnovers! If you liked the flavor of the pies, you will love the combination with soft flaky goodness. Come try them out this weekend! We will be open 7-2 Saturday and Sunday.
