Trying something new ☺️ Yeast breads. Outside of a bread machine, I've never done them. Made honey oat last week and a basic white today. One of the whites was made into my mother-in-law's cinnamon bread, spread with butter, sugar and cinnamon and rolled up. Another I added dried tart cherries and pecans. The third white loaf is plain for sandwiches and toast.
