Simplifying the incredible✨

My whole career people have always asked “what do you do” short answer….. I bake cookies.

And I do in fact bake cookies (love doing that) but in reality making sweet snacks is so much more incredible and interesting than that!

This video accurately represents that. The behind the scenes action of what actually goes on in our brains.

While you walk into the shop and see a frosted cinnamon roll we see it as experiment 626. Because it not only took us frosting the cinnamon rolls 6 different ways to finally settle on something that represents us but is also in the realm of being understood but then analyzing where the nature should go, does it need sprinkles, does it look incredible (we know it tastes good lol), is it just different enough to be interesting, should it be pink???? (Always a valid question), how is the guest going to perceive it, I think it’s so cool but is anyone else going to think that? Just some of the thoughts we have. lol

But Tay it’s not the serious. It’s just a cinnamon roll….It will never be just a cinnamon roll. It’s hours and years of training and learning. It’s a representation of us as craft makers and artists. It’s everything we are.

✨A lot truly goes into making snacks! And we love having this platform to be able to share all of that with you!

We would like to thank everyone who supported our small business at the Painted Tree in Bloomington. We were notified via email yesterday that they had ceased operations and shop owners need to move out immediately. We are saddened by this sudden closure. We hope that you will continue to support us at our Pleasant Plains location. Stay tuned…we still very much want to be in Bloomington.

Beyond excited to be participating in such an amazing event!!

Come support not only us but all the other amazing shops participating to help prevent childhood neglect.

Children are the future and we should be uplifting them and creating an amazing space for them to thrive and be wonderful!!!

We will be featuring our Frosted Lofthouse Cookie latte for this event!! Similar to the sugar cookie latte but ever so slightly different!

Notes of vanilla, brown sugar, and almond with a luscious vanilla white chocolate cold foam. With sprinkles. Obviously.

All of our sales in coffee will be donated to this amazing organization so maybe splurge this weekend. Get two coffees (one for now and one for later!) instead or treat your bestie.

Either way help us with this amazing fundraiser!!
