Amy's Cakes, Cookies & Confections-Pleasant Hope, MO Everything at Amy's is made from scratch with love (no that doesn't mean we licked the spoon).

Everything is made to order from scratch, using the freshest ingredients available with no preservatives. We are a home-based bakery, and therefore must abide by Missouri's Cottage Food Laws; This means that there are some foods that we are not allowed to sell and that everything is made in a home that is not inspected by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. Return Policy:
Due to

the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchange custom cakes, cake pops, cupcakes and cookies. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellation Policy:
All orders cancelled before the minimum notice requirement will have to option of; 1) Refund minus any custom items that have been purchased for your order: or 2) Store credit for the amount of purchase. For late notice cancelations, and I haven't started your order, you have the option of 1) 50% refund: or 2) 50% of the amount paid toward a future order. No refunds will be given in the event that I have already starting making your order.
