To my wonderful community and loyal market family:
It is with a very full heart that I share some news. My family is preparing for an exciting new chapter, which means we will soon be relocating out of state.
They say that when you start a small business, you don’t just gain customers—you gain a community. That has been the absolute truth for me at our local farmers market. I started this journey with a dream of sharing my favorite cookies and brownies with you, and you have made that experience even better than I ever imagined.
Whether you stopped by for a weekly treat, cheered me on during my first market, or shared stories with me across the table, you have become such a special part of my story. I am truly going to miss your faces, our morning chats, and the incredible support you’ve shown A Pleasant Bakery more than words can say. While I am incredibly excited for the adventures ahead, my heart is a little heavy thinking about leaving all of you.
I have three markets left, and I would love the chance to see you, say a proper goodbye, and share a few more treats before we hit the road. Please come by and say hello—I’d love to wrap up this season with one last round of memories with the best customers a baker could ask for.
