A Good Loaf

Local sourdough bread, bagels, and more I enjoy baking, especially sourdough products.

I prefer to bake using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible... but my family can't eat as much as I like to bake, and so A Good Loaf was created.

Happy holidays! I have been busy with pickup orders, so a big thank you to all of you who have continued to place orders until market season opens again.

I will be taking a small hiatus, if you have already placed your order, it will still be completed. However, i will not be taking new orders until Jan. 5 2025.

Also, there will be some price changes coming in 2025. I will do my best to keep it gradual, as you all know I try to keep my prices fair. I will announce that, along with new menu items in January.

Thank you all, again, for your continued support. It means the world to me!

Thanksgiving is around the corner, and orders have started to come in. I do have limited capacity, so this is a first come, first served type deal. The deadline to get orders in will be Wednesday, November 20th.

So, I revised the menu again 😅 - a few items were added and I tried to make it a little more compact. Again, all pick-up orders get 25% off the total price! Bulk order pricing can be negotiated, please send a message if interested. I will need at least 48 hours notice prior to pick up.

Reflecting on where I started to where I am now that the market season has ended (apologies, I will not be able to make the final Farmer's Market in Peculiar this week).

I had no idea what I was doing... and it was terrifying for me to expect someone to pay me for bread I baked in my own oven at home. My biggest fear was a customer feeling like they got ripped off, buying bread from me.

But, y'all came back the next week. And the next.

Thanks to all of you, I was able to grow my small business. I hope to continue growing through the years, which wouldn't be possible without all of you! So, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Keep a look out as I practice with new flavors and recipes during the off-season. Recommendations, feedback, and requests are always welcome 🥰.

I will post a new menu shortly, as I can still take orders for pick up! I will have lower prices on goods pre-ordered and picked up during the off season. Please feel free to message me for orders, feedback, or even just to say hi (reviews are always welcome as well).
