My mom wasn't Susie Homemaker, but we frosted sugar cookies for every holiday. For hours we would sit around a plastic tablecloth carefully decorating cut outs, yelling at each other to pass the yellow, blue, and red frosting and to stop using all the chocolate sprinkles as my mom flitted around us, carrying the finished cookies to the counter to free up our decorating space.

Frosted sugar cookies will ALWAYS be my favorite.

Let Celiacs eat cake! 😂

I developed this *amazing* gluten free Bundt cake after getting a GF mini from Nothing Bundt Cake for my birthday two years ago. It was fine, but not amazing, and I felt left out when the rest of my family chose more fun flavors.

Don't get me wrong- I'm thrilled they had a GF option- but I knew there was better out there.

This one is PERFECT! It's moist and slightly sweet with a great light almond flavor. I love it 😁

So what do I love about Birthday Cake Cookies? Honestly, how SIMPLE they are. It's a delicious, balanced, clean flavor cookie with a complimentary amount of perfectly sweet frosting.

Sometimes simple is the hardest flavor to do, and when you get it you get it 🤷🏻‍♀️
