While roasted garlic is my absolute fav to cook with it might be one of the fav ingredients in my focaccia! After next week I’m redoing my menu with this on it! One pan, a lot of olive oil and loads of different inclusions! Some sweet and some savory, but they will be on the menu for your warm fall soups, busy day sandwich options and Sunday dinners with family to dip in olive oil and balsamic 🙂

A complete menu change is coming… but your favorite items aren’t going away. I’m just shifting for the upcoming brrrrrr months and holidays!

***I will always take during the week orders for menu items but sourdough takes me two days please remember that when ordering, so does sourdough focaccia.***

I will give you a hint for fall….. smoked bourbon pecan pie is coming 🙂

Alright! I’m taking preorders this morning for loaves… why because I’m in the first week of school trenches!!!

I will have cinnamon rolls and cookies tomorrow but getting back from vacation then jumping into the first week of school was busy but so fun!
But today I have to pull honey supers and check bees so I’m slightly busy!

Here are my loaf options!
Plain
Italian herb and cheese
French onion soup loaf (it’s Gouda with onion)
Peach and goat cheese
Emmentaler Country Loaf
Roasted garlic
