📦🐝 A LITTLE BEHIND THE SCENES AT OMTAE HONEY! 🌶️💖

Around here, there's no giant warehouse, no assembly line, and certainly no army of employees.

Just a family, a whole lot of honey, and a never-ending supply of packing paper!

Rose is carefully packing another order, Bob is hauling boxes out the door, and our mischievous little Reaper is lurking around, probably looking for trouble. 😂🌶️

Every bottle represents something special to us. Someone discovered our honey, fell in love with a flavor, and decided to bring a little OMTAE into their home.

And that never gets old.

From our family to yours, thank you for keeping us busy, keeping us laughing, and being part of this crazy little adventure.

Good honey. Good people. Good times. 💖🐝🌶️

Now, here's a question: Are you the person who carefully opens a package, or do you tear into it like it's Christmas morning? 😂

What's your favorite part of receiving a package — opening the box or discovering what's inside?

🚧🐝🌶️ UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT THE HONEY HOUSE! 🍯

Something's cooking at OMTAE... and we're not quite ready to tell you what!

Rose is up to her elbows in flour, Bob's stirring up something interesting (when he's not munching on pub mix), and even our little Reaper has been sneaking around to see what's happening! 😂

The ideas are flying faster than the bees!

We're mixing, testing, tasting, tweaking, and asking each other, "Well, what if we tried THIS?"

Will every idea be a winner? Probably not.

Are we having a wonderful time finding out? YOU BET!

We've got exciting possibilities in the works, but details stay under wraps until they're ready.

After all, good things take time. And sometimes a little sweet heat!

So keep an eye on the Honey House. You never know what we'll dream up next!

💖🐝 FROM OUR HONEY HOUSE TO YOURS — THANK YOU! 🌶️🍯

Another weekend of loading, unloading, setting up, packing up — and meeting wonderful people!

To everyone who stopped by, sampled our honey, shared a laugh, or took a little OMTAE goodness home — THANK YOU!

Whether you bought one bottle, stocked up, or just stopped to say hello — we appreciate every one of you.

A special thank-you to Bernhardt Winery and Back Porch Antiques Trade Days for hosting us, and to our fellow vendors who make these markets so special.

Small businesses don't grow on their own — they grow because people like YOU choose to support them.

Every conversation, every smile, and every bit of encouragement reminds us why we do what we do.

From Chris, Kathy, and the entire OMTAE family, thank you for being part of our journey!

We'll see you down the road! 🚗🐝

Never give up, never surrender!
Always. 💖🌶️🐝

These wonderful people make my favorite hot sauce
Scoville Warming

We launched our hot sauce business in 2018 after making our flavor-forward sauce in our Houston kitchen for years. We are grateful for everyone who has bought our products, helped us, encouraged us and advised us along the way. Warm regards, Bob & Sue
