This weekend, I had the blessing of making three cakes to help celebrate some very special birthdays, and I’m reminded once again how grateful I am for every single person who chooses Lulu’s Bake Shop. 🥹💜

These are a few of the cakes I’ve had the pleasure of creating, each designed with a little creativity, personality, and plenty of love.

🍣 Sushi-Inspired Cheesecake | 8-Inch
A playful twist on a classic cheesecake! I layered two cheesecakes to create the height and shape, then covered them in a light whipped cream frosting. The cake was wrapped in a seaweed-inspired icing sheet and finished with coconut jelly beans and colorful orange and green sprinkles to create the look of a sushi roll.

🛻 Red Truck Birthday Cake | 8-Inch
This cake featured three layers of strawberry cake filled with fresh strawberries and a light strawberry compote. It was finished with a smooth whipped cream frosting and decorated with bold red and black details, custom truck and wheel accents, and a “Happy Birthday” topper.

🌈 Rainbow Unicorn Cake | 10-Inch
A fun and colorful celebration cake made with two layers of strawberry cake, filled with fresh strawberries and a light strawberry compote. The cake was finished with whipped cream frosting and decorated with colorful rainbow-inspired details, unicorn accents, and a playful pastel palette.
