Confession time: Remi was 2. Something told me to double-check the email minutes before pickup the afternoon before the party, and 😳 🤦. So I 'fessed up right away, remade the six cookies, and delivered them to the party the next morning. In my 9 years in business, this was the first time I got it wrong. I'm just glad my customer was understanding and I had the chance to make it right.
