We made it through summer!! Maybe, barely 😅

But the crew is back and I dont have a single extra shift to cover this week (yet, I know im speaking too soon)

Open 715-3 with a fully loaded cookie counter, breakfast, buns, pastry, and extra teacher or back to school gifts

We have chocolate chip cookie or gluten friendly coconut macaroon "apples", cookies & cream snack mix, and plenty of sugar cookies and cake pops if you need a first week celebration snack

MADE TO ORDER breakfast sammys allllll day

Freezer full of chicken pot pies if you need a dinner plan (call us and ask nicely if youd like one hot & ready for pickup)

Please call the bakery with any questions or if youd like items put aside- my kids are officially back to school and the monday crew is holding the fort until I can make it in ❤️

Sunday 7-3 ✨️ we're back!

If youve been following our stories, you know i had a literal hell of a week

Staff summer vacations are finally over, and we're back to a normal retail schedule. Kitchen prep was the wonkiest its ever been, so the cases are filled with as much as I could do by myself

Ready for 7am (more throughout the day)

Made to order breakfast sammys until 2pm
Cinnamon buns
Butter croissant, cookie dough croissants, chocolate croissant
Blueberry turnovers, blueberry scones
Butterscotch muffins, honey corn muffins
Buffalo chicken, gobfather, loaded potato, spinach artichoke hand pies

BEEF WEENING-tons. All beef hot dogs wrapped in puff pastry. Weve got cheesy dogs and bomb dogs (pepperoni, peppers, onions, cheese) available

Apple cider bundts (forgot to make skulls, sorry!)
Cookies: gf pb sammy, brown butter chocolate chip, frosted sugar, raspberry or orange marmalade linzer, gf coconut macaroons, maple frosted oatmeal, 7 layer squares
Whoopie pies, pumpkin whoopie pies

Fluffernutter, chocolate pb, tiramisu, and apple pie macs
Pb rocky road or mocha loaded brownies (gf)
Cosmic brownie, cookie dough cheesecake brownie, cake pops, cannoli, PUMPKIN cannoli, dot cakes, lunchbox cakes, caramel coffee tres leches

I need to get through the breakfast bake and then I can start frosting cupcakes and getting more pastry out. Please be patient as im the only baker and also covering the sandwich station today. Im on hour 20 (yes, really) of this shift and very, very, very tired 😴

Cases will be freaking LOADED, and ill be working the sammy station all day (and doing the morning bake, and be the prep baker, and decorating cakes) 🥰

The thing about being a family business is sometimes your family needs a break

Closed for the rest of the week to focus on family, take a little rest, and quite honestly just turn my brain off for a few days . The mental load ive been carrying lately is HEAVY and I need a quick pause before we gear up for fall

Open regular hours on Sunday- plus we'll be popping up at DEADPROOF PIZZA CO for a quick little brekky and bun sesh, more details to follow ❤️
