plum cardamom tart 💟

inspired by the basket of plums sitting on my kitchen counter (that I had to guard my dad from devouring)😌. my favorite part is the crumbly crust, made with roasted pecans, oats, coconut oil and a touch of golden honey 🍯

nothing beats a warm blueberry muffin on a sunday afternoon 😌

i was craving blueberry muffins on Friday so this happened! these muffins are so light and fluffy, and not dense at all. they’re filled with lots of juicy blueberries (of course) and topped with a brown sugar walnut streusel that takes it to the next level 🙌🏽

it’s layered with lady fingers soaked in espresso (spiked with a little kahlua 😏) fresh marscapone, and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder 😍

the biggest baking challenge I’ve taken on so far!
homemade croissants take at least 2 days to make - the dough needs time to rest in between laminations (folding the dough over and over to create layers)
these flaky croissants are the ultimate breakfast, made with LOTS of butter. they taste even better when filled with chocolate! 🥐
