When Scot and I created The Blend, the plan was simple–to grow something meaningful while we searched for the right long-term fit for a tenant.
In a short time, we built The Blend into what you know it as today.
What started as an idea quickly became something much more–a gathering place, a routine, a familiar stop, and a space filled with so many conversations and connections.
And now…the next chapter.
I’m excited to share that Jeff Piazza will bring the thriving Cafe Piazza right here to Plains.
Jeff has 30 years of experience and a vision to expand what is possible here by including an evening catering component with extended hours, dinner deal specials and mom’s homemade
delights.
This isn’t about changing what is here, it’s about building on it. You can expect the same atmosphere, coffee, sandwiches, attention to detail, and experience, just with MORE to enjoy!!
The Blend will remain open as Jeff and his team move-in, with opening date for Cafe Piazza to be announced soon.
We are incredibly proud of what we have created here and grateful for our amazing staff, friends, family, and community members that have supported us along the way.
Can’t wait to see Jeff and the Cafe Piazza team take it to the next level.
