I had an order for a chocolate pecan pie, a thin crust chocolate pie, cookies and cream cupcakes, carrot cake cupcakes and banana cupcakes. I filled all of the cupcakes. Cookies and cream was filled with Oreo cream, carrot cake was filled with cream cheese buttercream and the banana was filled with homemade banana jam…which was actually very tasty.

Another delivery. Another satisfied customer. 3 layer Strawberry cake with strawberry buttercream and filled with homemade strawberry jam. Writing and decor in vanilla buttercream. The bottom border is “strawberry kisses” and I added texture around the cake and dots to just jazz it up.
