Just some of the goodness I'll be bringing with me this week at the Killingly Farmers Market 🤤 I'm starting prep already to make sure I have enough for you all. My peach jam is made, cinnamon rolls are getting prepped today and tomorrow so I can bring DOUBLE, and my cookie dough is getting started tomorrow. Doing a little bit of dough prep each day saves me from working for 12+ hours straight all in one day and thankfully for freezers, everything can still be baked fresh on Friday and Saturday!

Next week's Farmer's Market Menu is here!! I want to hold onto summer for just oneeeee moreeee week so I'm bringing peach cobbler focaccia - think *fritter* with homemade peach jam inside and out 🤤

Pre-Ordering is open until Wednesday at 12pm.

The 8/29 Farmer's Market Menu is here!! For limited time I'm bringing back my sourdough sandwich bread - a soft, milk and honey enriched sourdough loaf with a soft interior and exterior.
I'm also doing a trial run on Cinnamon Raisin English muffins... If these are a hit they will stick around for a little while! 👀
And for some "back to school" nostalgia I will also be bringing my maple brown sugar & cinnamon "pop"tarts!

Pre-ordering is welcome but they must be placed and paid for by Wednesday at 1pm. Comment or message to place an order.

As always, everything is made with organic ingredients and long fermented to bring your family the best quality and healthiest sourdough bread around. Thank you all for your support while I was away taking care of my little man in the hospital this weekend. I love and appreciate you all 🫶🏻

Good news! Pre-Orders and extras are ready for pickup starting at 12:00pm and until 5:00pm at my home address. All pre-orders are bagged up and ready to be grabbed from my mudroom, come in and grab them! Here is what I have available for extras at my home (you can reserve ahead of time):

- 6 Peach Scones - $7ea
- 3 Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls - $5ea CLAIMED
- 6 Salted Brown Butter Choc chip cookies - $8ea
- 12 English Muffins - $8ea
- 4 Jalapeño Cheddar - $12ea
- 4 Honey Oat - $12ea
- 10 OG Country - $10ea
- 5 GOLD - $15ea
- 3 Ancient Grain - $12ea

My hubby has been helping me last night and this morning and I was able to get most things baked. If you placed a pre-order I will have your goodies ready for pickup at my home at 12pm today. If you are unable to come please reach out to me. I live within 3 mins of the farmers market right in Brooklyn - pm for exact address.

I will also be bringing some of my goodies to Two Dogs Coffee Shop ☕️ thanks to their wonderful owners for reaching out to me. If you stop by there this afternoon (will post The exact time) I will have my Venmo code for you to scan in their shop.

Thank you all for your kind words and prayers, we finally just got home with our sweet boy. He made it through surgery and we were able to be discharged. I'm sure you can guess, we are extremely exhausted so I unfortunately will NOT make it to the Farmer's Market tomorrow.
HOWEVER, I will try to bake what I can after I get some rest tonight/tomorrow and offer pickup at my home with what I'm able to do (pre-orders can be fulfilled but let me know if you are unable to pickup from my home).

I'll post specifics and totals of what I have available tomorrow (and time) so stay tuned for updates and thank you all for your understanding.

Please message me if you would like to postpone your preorder or cancel it and I can send you a refund.

Good morning friends, please lift up some prayers for our littlest guy today. We spent all night in the ER with him and he has to go in for a minor surgery this morning. I will keep you all updated in regards to the market this weekend. Everything is prepped and just waiting to be baked (sitting in my fridges and freezers) but family comes first.
If for any reason I'm unable to be there this weekend I will make another post and contact everyone who made a preorder. My prayer is that we can be discharged later this afternoon/evening and I just bake what I can. Thank you for your support. These past few weeks have surely been a whirlwind.

Thank you all, I have officially closed pre-orders for this week's Farmers Market. I've already begun some preparation ahead of dough day to make sure I have plenty of treats for you to enjoy this week! Please remember to get there EARLY (we open at 9am) to ensure you get what you want. Things have been mostly wiped out by 10:30am the past few weeks. So take this as your reminder to set an alarm ⏰
