Another yummy ice cream cake!

I don’t recommend decorating ice cream cakes in this humidity 😅There was a little time out and then back in the freezer multiple times.

My daughter is very excited to eat this later today! 🤗

My nephew requested an ice cream cake for his birthday. I decided to try and make one because why not? The end product definitely was not as pretty as a typical frosted cake but it was delicious.

This will most likely be attempted again soon! So the real question now is do I try and make my own ice cream for the next one? 🤔
