Introducing the Peopleā€™s Perilla Bagel. In collaboration with Ginger Brooks Takahashi ā€˜s Perilla Peopleā€™s Garden located at the Carnegie Museum of Art 59th International.

Perilla leaves and buds are blended into our bagel dough. Once out of the boil pot, each gets sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds, salt, and sugar in the raw before being baked.

We even made a map for you to follow that goes from our shop, through the park to the garden. Come by, try a bagel, take a walk, and go see the garden!
