We’ve all experienced sticker shock at the grocery store for the last several months, but…
a report on the news this morning about food inflation is that items like eggs, butter, milk and flour (a baker’s essentials) have skyrocketed in price. Unfortunately this doesn’t bode well for baking businesses.

This will unfortunately mean either higher prices, smaller pastry sizes or both. 😔👎🏻

As a professional baker, I wish this wasn’t a reality and I apologize in advance.🧁🎂🍰🍪
