On September 15th, to celebrate our 2nd anniversary we will feature “hojaldras de mole”, warm, fluffy soft bread stuffed with chicken smothered in mole!🇲🇽
Mole is a traditional Mexican dish, an elaborate mix of herbs, chilies, spices and seasonings. The name “mole” comes from the Aztec word “mulli” (or “molli”) which means “sauce”. There’s a very wide variety in mole, each prepared vastly different from the other, but they are all delicious and special on their own way!
