Pâtisserie Petunia Pâtisserie Petunia is a home based bakery operating under the Louisiana Home Cottage Law. My name is Carmen Lashney and I am Påtisserie Petunia.

I have been decorating cakes for about three years, "professionally" since August, 2013. I specialize in decorated cookies, buttercream cakes and cupcakes. Everyday I am learning something new and am so grateful for the support that I receive from my family, friends and clientele. Thank you for allowing me to make your day a little sweeter!! =)
