Are you a morning person who loves people, great coffee, and a fast-paced environment? We might have the perfect spot for you!

Sweet Joy Bakery & Café is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable person to join our FRONT COUNTER TEAM!

We’re looking for someone who:
☀️ Loves early mornings and comes to work with a smile!

💕 Enjoys meeting people and providing outstanding customer service.

☕ Has barista experience (a big plus, but not required!).

💪 Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.

✨ Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and a job well done.

Here’s the scoop:

* Full-time position: 40 hours per week
* Early morning availability required
* Bakery hours:
* Monday: Opens at 7 AM
* Tuesday–Friday: Opens at 6 AM
* Saturday: Opens at 7 AM
* Starting pay: Based on experience
* Must be able to work some Saturdays
* Off every Sunday and one other day.

At Sweet Joy, we work hard, have fun, and take pride in making our customers feel right at home. We’re looking for someone who shares that same heart for service!
