Green beans that were grown at our own farm .grows.collective and tomatoes and cucumbers from a friend’s farm. There are also bell peppers, celery, blackberries, blueberries, grapes, seed crackers, hummus, dark chocolate cherry bar, dried cherries, pistachios and dark chocolate filled wafer cones.

🍓🌿 Teacher Appreciation Breakfast 🌿🍓

Celebrating our amazing teachers with a fresh, feel-good breakfast spread made with mostly homegrown colorful fruits, crisp veggies, wholesome ingredients, and lots of gratitude 💚

The menu features:
Parfaits- coconut and almond yogurt, medley of berries and ancient grain granola.
Avocado Toast- ancient grain and rustic rye batards, salad microgreens, trio of radishes, cherry tomato, h**p seeds, chia seeds, everything bagel seasoning, pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper.
Teacher Mimosas- organic orange juice, citrus sparkling water

After a year and a half of showing up, serving plant-based food, and building community at the 4Roots Farmers Market, we didn’t go yesterday and that says a lot.
We’ve been here since September 2024, before the campus was even open, when we were set up in the YMCA parking lot.
So it’s disappointing to now be told there’s an “underage policy” and that having my daughter with me is suddenly no longer okay.
If you’ve ever visited our booth, you know she’s been part of this from day one. Helping out, learning, and growing right alongside me. This wasn’t just a vending spot for us. It was something we built together.
To now be told that her being there doesn’t fit what’s “best for the community” honestly doesn’t sit right.
We’ve always believed spaces centered around food, wellness, and community should make room for families, not push them out.
To everyone who supported us from those early YMCA parking lot days until now, thank you for real. We’re still here, still cooking, and still building…..just not there anymore.

If you know of anywhere looking for vegan food vendors send them to us.
