Homemade sourdough pecan sticky buns — soft, fluffy sourdough rolled with brown sugar, maple syrup & pecans, baked over a gooey homemade caramel pecan topping and flipped while warm. 🤎

I made a tiny scrap one first “just to test it” and knew immediately these were about to be disrespectful. 😭😂

Sticky, buttery, caramel-y, pecan-covered CHAOS.

Today’s episode of “What else can I put sourdough starter in?” 😂🤌🏼

🥟 Homemade sourdough calzones — ranch-seasoned sourdough crust stuffed with ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, bacon Gouda & smoky pepper cheese.

🍥 Sourdough cinnamon roll blondies — because apparently making regular dessert isn’t enough anymore. 😂

The calzones definitely need a tiny tweak on the bake time next round, but the FLAVOR?! Absolutely ridiculous. And those cinnamon roll blondies are dangerous. 😮‍💨

At this point I’m just letting the sourdough intrusive thoughts win.

Tried an experiment Wednesday night and made a 100% hydration foccica. Definitely soft and fluffy but the process made me wanna pull my hair out. It was like folding bread soup!

But hey the spinach artichoke dip foccica with bacon and cheese was top tier!
Definitely won’t be making this often or probably ever again. But it was definitely and experience…

Anyway. It’s was pretty and delicious😋
