Hickson's Cakery is owned and operated by myself, Rebecca Hickson, and my sister, Lauren Hickson. We both recently graduated from Culinary School with a dream of owning our own Bakery/Cake Shoppe... hence the name, Hickson's Cakery. :) We have been so blessed with all the support from our friends and family and our dream is coming true.
