On Friday April 3 Earthbound Bread will be temporarily suspending deliveries, as we begin the transition to a retail location.

Beginning April 21, classic Earthbound breads and new offerings will be available on Wednesdays and Fridays at our shop in Pierrepont at 887 State Highway 68.

Thank you deeply for your patronage over the years - Earthbound has been my humble project since 2019, and I’ve found much love and appreciation from the community over that time. Truly, you all feed me, and it’s my privilege to be your baker.

Earthbound Bread is resuming production and will be available this Saturday at Potsdam Farmer’s Market. Normal deliveries will resume thereafter:

Tuesday/Wednesday: Big Spoon Kitchen
Wednesday: Nature‘s Storehouse - Potsdam Co-Op
Friday: Nature‘s Storehouse - Canton Farmer’s Market
Saturday: Potsdam Farmer’s Market.

With the closing of Champlain Valley Milling last year, we lost our only regional producer of organic white bread flour. I’ve been working with “half-white” from Ithaca, but have found it not quite up to the task. Going forward I’ll be blending the regional half-white with a bread flour from a fine miller in Utah. Thanks for your continued support!
