Thursday: Baguette, Common Loaf, Multigrain
Friday: Baguette, Pretzels
Saturday: Baguette, Pesto and Pizza Knots

Frozen loaves and pizza dough are always available in the freezer, and other treats may turn up from time to time.

And for anyone who had their heart set on a pretzel last Friday, my deepest apologies - an errant eye, a missed moment, and the dough got away from me. I’ll do better this week.

Ok folks! Enough delays: we’re going live with the soft launch of Earthbound Bread’s self-serve shop, on Tuesday, October 6. Open 24/7 for your convenience!

887 Highway 68, Pierrepont
Park in front and follow the gravel path up to the side door.

Expect a post weekly, listing the baking schedule and offerings. I am planning to bake 4 days a week - so get ready for some fresh baguettes!

Things may be a bit chaotic as we begin, and figuring out just how much to make will be another adventure - but stop in and see what’s fresh!

Time to change things up!

I’m discontinuing regular shop hours for the time being - but be ready for a new self-serve concept opening in the next couple weeks! New products, baked on a weekly schedule, available at your convenience!

Regular store deliveries will resume this Friday and bread will still be available at Potsdam farmer’s market for the rest of the season.

We’re having an open house this Friday 12:00-6:00 as a part of Pierrepont Days!

Come say hi and try a little bread and some Pierrepont C***r. Sourdough loaves and baguettes will also be available for purchase, beginning about 10am.
