What a surprise on a Friday afternoon! Thank you to all our customers who made this possible! We probably don't say it enough, but we appreciate our customers and enjoy each and every visit. I always said that I wanted my bakery to be a happy place and even at the end of the busiest, most hectic week, and after almost 8 years, it IS a happy place! Thanks again! Looking forward to seeing everyone in "my happy place".

Good morning! Quick post this morning. Elbow deep in dough, peaches and cake batter. We have sourdough breads (white and wheat), "rustic sourdough" (the round, crustier and coarser texture), cinnamon rolls, cinnamon swirl bread, peaches and cream cheese rolls and peach streusel muffins. Have a peach pound cake in the oven now. Plan on selling by the slice as soon as cool enough to cut. Also have banana bread and chocolate pecan brownies. Call or text (preferable) to put a hold on anything or just stop by and see what is here! Maybe I will come up with something else..back to the mixer!

Hello to all my Facebook customers. Wanted to let you know that we will be open this week on Thurs and Friday ( our "NEW" normal.. hopefully not permanent normal!). We are going to take next week off for an "after the 4th" r&r. If you need breads, cookies, cupcakes, brownies etc for your 4th celebrations, let me know asap! Good Morning! We are at the bakery prepping for tomorrow and Friday! Let me know if you have any special requests. Making sourdough bread, of course, along with cinnamon scones, banana bread, muffins and cinnamon rolls. Don't forget Dad and his day on Sun June 21. Getting ready to go into bakery and get some sourdough rising. Have not been in there for a few days so hope I am not too "rusty". Still working on the 'new normal' schedule (I, for one, hope that phrase does NOT hang around!). Hello Just doing what everyone else is doing. Fixing my blocked posts. I wondered where everybody had been! This is good to know. It's ridiculous to have 503 friends and only 25 are allowed to see posts.
I ignored this post earlier because I didn’t think it worked. It WORKS!! I have a whole new news feed. I’m seeing posts from people I haven’t seen in years.
Here’s how to bypass the system FB now has in place that limits posts on your news feed. Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. So hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go to your page, start a new post, and put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "Paste" will pop up and click "paste". This will bypass the system.
If you are reading this message, do me a favor and leave me a quick comment...a "hello," a sticker, whatever you want, so you will appear in my newsfeed‼️It WORKS!! I don’t know how many friends I have. I just want to see all of your posts that I have been missing.

It is Wednesday again. The ovens are going and breads are coming out. As usual I will have sourdough (white and wheat), cinnamon rolls, raspberry cream cheese rolls, strawberry cream cheese rolls and blueberry cream cheese rolls. Also will have some fresh strawberry scones and sour cream coffee cake muffins and banana walnut bread. I have biscotti in cappuccino walnut and butter pecan. Those are available as single "sticks" or in multi packs. There will be bacon cheddar biscuits available and hope to make some more chocolate oatmeal no bake cookies. As always, best to call or text (864 906 4089) to reserve or make an order! Again, thanks to all of you who have helped us get through this time with a little but of sanity left!

Since I find myself in my bakery, in an apron with flour and bread dough up to my elbows, I assume it is Wednesday!(does anyone else have this disorientation as to days?) Anyway, just letting everyone know we will be here tomorrow and Friday. Got bread rising (sourdough white, sourdough wheat and sourdough cheddar). Also a few cinnamon rolls, blueberry cream cheese rolls, and raspberry cream cheese rolls. Will have banana walnut bread and bacon cheddar biscuits also. Hope to have some biscotti available from orders( cappuccino walnut flavor and butter pecan). That may not be ready till Friday. As usual, call or text to reserve or to place an order (864 906 4089). I am doing most any of my regular products by order also(cakes, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, etc!)
